Festive Wreath-Making in The Alex Brasserie. Get into the holiday spirit and join us for a festive wreath-making extravaganza! Whether you fancy an afternoon of creativity or a cosy evening with mulled wine in hand, this is your chance to craft something truly special for the season.

Includes a hot drink or a warming glass of mulled wine, a festive mince pie (because it wouldn’t be Christmas without one!), and all the materials and equipment you’ll need. We’ll be using an eco-friendly straw-based ring and natural string — kind to the planet and beautiful on your door.

The Alex Café Bar is open throughout the afternoon and evening if you’d like to order additional drinks or food before you begin — please note these are not included in the ticket price.

Celebrate in style with a delicious three-course menu, starting with starters like curried butternut soup with apple crisps and rosemary croûte, or hot smoked salmon & beetroot salad with horseradish dressing.

For mains, choose from roast cornfed chicken breast with honey-glazed vegetables, 10oz rump steak with peppercorn sauce, or wild mushroom & caramelised shallot Wellington (V).

Finish your evening with desserts such as crêpes Suzette, glazed lemon tart, or a cheese board featuring Somerset Brie & Isle of Mull Cheddar.

Then keep the celebration going in The Café Bar with DJ Lee to dance your way into 2026!
